Not what you’ve expected? Sohzen gives you 30 days to return your items with no extra charges and you’ll get a full refund.
How does our refund policy work?
We’re sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. If this is the case, you have 30 days to return your items and you will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs.
The refund is made through the same payment method as the initial transaction. Sohzen reserves the right to withhold refunds for up to 14 days after receiving the returned products.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, warranty (when applicable) and all its components, without any trace of use.
Note: only infusions whose packaging is perfectly sealed and its contents inviolable can be returned and qualifying for refund.
The estimated refund deadline is up to 14 business days, for all payment methods.
