Creating a Sohzen account is easy:

• Access the page https://sohzen.com/account/register
• Fill in your details in the required fields
• Enter your email address
• Create a password to access your account and click Create Account.

You’re all set.

To edit your personal data, email us at help@sohzen.com with your registered email, we are happy to help.

If you have forgotten your password:

• Access https://sohzen.com/account/login
• Click “Forgot password”
• Type in your email address and click “Recover”

You will receive an email that will assist you to reset your password.

When you place an order at Sohzen.com your shipping address will be saved to your account. This way you won’t have to type it on your next order. You can edit or delete saved shipping addresses by clicking ‘Account’ on the menu and ‘Edit Addresses’.

Your privacy is extremely important. Sohzen will never release your personal details to no one outside the company for mailing or marketing purposes.

We treat all of your Personal Information as confidential and we fully comply with all applicable EU Data Protection and consumer legislations. We use your information only for the following purposes:
