Placing an order at Sohzen is easy. Browse our collections, add the products you’d like to buy to your cart, click checkout, fill in your details for shipping and payment and your order is placed.
At the moment you can only place orders at Sohzen.com from the following countries:
United Kingdom, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal (excluding Madeira and Azores islands), Spain (excluding Balearic and Canary Islands).
Your order will be confirmed when we receive the payment confirmation from our payment provider, at this time you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase.
Please note that your order will only be processed after the payment has been confirmed.
When your order is shipped you will receive a follow up email containing the tracking link for your order and the invoice.
You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order is concluded.
Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order if you wish to change its contents.
