You can pay for your order by

• Paypal
• Multibanco
  (Only available for orders placed and shipped to Portugal).
• MbWay
  (Only available for orders placed and shipped to Portugal).

We take fraud very seriously, your order will face validation and authorisation by us and the card issuer. We do this to ensure that our customers are safe while they shop.

When completing your order a payment authorisation will be issued which may result in a temporary retention of the order value on your account. Once your order is dispatched we will process the collection of the retained amount, removing the value for collection from the order.

Depending on your bank and credit card you might be required to confirm the payment on your home banking app.

If your payment was refused, please try completing your order with another payment method.

When you choose to pay with PayPal at the checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete the payment process.

Log in to your PayPal account, select the card you want to use and click "Agree and continue".

After the payment is confirmed at PayPal you will be redirected to the order confirmation page at Sohzen.com

This payment method is only available for orders placed and shipped to Portugal.

When you choose this payment method you will receive, upon finalizing your order and by email, the following information: Entity, Reference and Amount.

Once this reference is generated, you will have 48 hours to proceed with the payment. If the payment is not made within this time frame the order will be automatically cancelled.

You can use the reference to pay your order at an ATM or at your Homebanking.

Once the operation is complete and the payment confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase.

Please note that your order will only be processed after the payment has been confirmed.

When choosing this payment method you will be required to fill in your phone number and click “Confirm”.
To conclude your purchase you will have to login to the MBWay App on your mobile phone and accept the payment request.
The payment must be accepted within 4 minutes or the order will be automatically cancelled.

We never keep any of your bank account details. Transactions on Sohzen.com are all handled by secure payment platforms (STRIPE, PAYPAL or EUPAGO).

All payments you make at our store are secure.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a follow up email containing your invoice and the parcel tracking information.
